The 3rd link is denoise with using the owdenoise filter (10.132). The 2nd link is after deinterlace with -vf "pp=ci|a" NOTE: when I play this back from my Google Drive it looks like it is throwing away one field! So, oops! (Maybe downloading the clip will show the original properly) dv file captured through Firewire from an A/D converter. I have made a series of five second clips using FFmpeg. This challenges even my newer video camera. The video was taken 20 years ago on some property we bought to develop and the Pacific Northwest has thick underbrush which means - lots of EDGES. Now I am trying to remove noise from this video. Thank you! I think cold, damp weather caused this video camera to interlace improperly. I recently asked for help here deinterlacing some problematic Hi8 video and found the postprocessing filter (pp 10.140) was intended for older codecs - and it does a better job than any of the others I tried.
